Chaffee Crossing Clinic
Delivering quality
health services
As an independent family medicine clinic, we have the freedom to focus on what matters most: caring for patients with attention, compassion, and respect. Our practice allows us the flexibility to spend meaningful time listening, understanding each patient’s concerns, and working together to support their long-term health. We believe primary care should feel personal and consistent, allowing patients and families to build lasting relationships with their physician. By caring for individuals across every stage of life and staying closely connected to our community, we strive to create a clinic that feels welcoming, dependable, and deeply invested in the wellbeing of the people we serve.
What Makes Our Care Different
- Longer visits when needed – We believe good care starts with taking time to listen, answer questions, and understand the whole picture of your health.
- Direct access to your physician – Patients have a direct relationship with their doctor, making communication and follow-up simpler and more personal.
- Same-day appointments whenever possible – When illness or concerns arise, we do our best to provide timely care, so you don’t have to wait days to be seen.
- Care for the whole family – From newborns to seniors, we enjoy caring for families across generations and building lasting relationships over time.
- A clinic rooted in the community – As a locally owned practice, we are invested in the wellbeing of the community we serve and proud to care for our neighbors.
